What to look for before you buy
Match the neckline
High-neck and choker-style sets sit best with wide or boat necklines. Longer necklaces suit V-necks and open collars, where they follow the line rather than fight it.
Matte or AD stone?
Matte finish reads softer and more traditional in daylight — good for daytime functions. AD stones catch light and photograph brighter, which suits evening events and receptions.
Weight matters
A full bridal necklace is worn for hours. Lighter German silver and matte pieces stay comfortable through long functions; heavier sets are better for shorter ceremonies.
Care keeps the finish
Put jewellery on after perfume and hairspray, wipe with a dry soft cloth after wearing, and store in the pouch it arrives in. Anti-tarnish plating lasts far longer this way.

Will the gold finish fade?
Every Cevaga necklace is anti-tarnish plated, which slows the dulling that untreated fashion jewellery shows within weeks. Keep it away from perfume, sweat and water where you can, and wipe it dry before storing — with that care the finish holds for a long time.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Our necklaces use nickel-free and lead-free base alloys, which is what usually causes reactions in fashion jewellery. If you have a known metal allergy, German silver pieces tend to be the gentlest option.
What's the difference between a necklace and a necklace set?
A necklace is the neckpiece alone. A set includes matching earrings, and in some cases a maang tikka — the product title and images show exactly what's included in each listing.
Can I return a necklace if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. Unused pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging. Full details are on our returns and refunds page.
